Thanks Meaghan for sharing this special dog with us. He was an integral part of the family from the day he arrived. A once in a lifetime dog -- there will never be another like him ... he is missed. Krok was the foundation dog for Dreamcatcher Kennel. He sired only three litters in his lifetime -- producing clear red color and passing on his working instincts. His get includes one Canadian champion (CH. Downriver's Diesel N Dust HT, JHD) who made it to the top 10 in Canada during his show career -- Diesel then went on to perform with his owner in Superdogs! Two more of his sons earned herding titles in three different venues -- AKC, AHBA and CKC. Krok's daughter DD is currently being shown and is pointed (AKC) with limited showing -- see the Cowgirls. He had a basic rule for strangers: Never, ever, even think of touching MY truck!!! |
